We only keep the personal information required to meet legal requirements and we will not provide or disclose any information to outside parties unless required by law. We will not trade or sell our customer list to anyone.

Exchange Policy

If an item must be exchanged (ie: different size), please contact us before returning the item. Any returned item must be in new condition, in the original packaging with tags attached. If the exchange is due to our error, we will pay the shipping charges. If the exchange is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for shipping charges, both for returning the item to us and to ship the exchanged item to you.

Canadian Taxes

All Canadian orders are subject to the 5% GST, except for orders to the following provinces:

– Newfoundland, New Brunswick & Ontario — 13% HST,
– Nova Scotia — 15% HST,
– British Columbia — 12% HST.

Shipping charges are also subject to taxes as applicable.
